The friendly and helpful staff added to the enjoyable experience. The on-site amenities like the buzzing lobby bar and restaurant with a decent menu were convenient for relaxing after a busy day exploring nearby attractions, such as the New York Transit Museum and The Invisible Dog Art Center.

The hotel had easy access to Manhattan and Brooklyn, a delicious restaurant and a cool bar. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the lounge was a great place to relax. However, the loud conversations from neighboring rooms and lack of coffee/tea facilities were a downside.

Loved the cool vibe of the hotel. The garden area was a nice spot to unwind with a drink. Air con was a bit loud in our room, but didn't ruin our stay. Friendly staff, comfy beds, and great location! Can't wait to come back for those happy hour deals at the bar! 🍸

The room was clean, spacious, and had a spectacular view. The design and ambience were spot on. Loved the lively bar and courtyard area. Staff was friendly and accommodating. A few hiccups like a lackluster workout room and thin towels, but overall a great stay.

Just stayed at a hotel with awesome coffee downstairs, super comfy beds, and friendly staff. The garden area was amazing! Would DEFINITELY choose to stay here again. The only downside - the staff photos looked friendlier online. But overall, a great experience!

My room at Ace Hotel Brooklyn had no soap at the sink, only in the shower. The staff were extremely helpful - retrieved my forgotten phone within minutes! Despite minor bathroom amenities, the stylish decor and friendly service exceeded expectations. Would happily stay here again.

Omg, the beds in the rooms were like sleeping on clouds ☁️! super comfy! staff were so sweet and helpful. Only downside was the damp carpet. But still, would recommend it 😊.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised with my overall experience. The location was convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurant options. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, as they were always helpful, friendly, and provided a welcome drink upon arrival. The room was well-appointed, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The leisure facilities were also a plus, with a fitness centre and a garden area for relaxing.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! From the moment we arrived, they gave us a warm welcome and ensured we had an excellent stay. They even went out of their way to give us a corner room with great facilities. The location of the hotel was also perfect - it had easy access to both Manhattan and Brooklyn neighborhoods, making it convenient to explore the city. the restaurant at the hotel served delicious meals for breakfast and dinner, and the bar had a cool vibe.

The view from my room was lovely with a clear sight of the harbor. The location is perfect and near the subway station, making it easy to get to Manhattan. The bagel restaurant and hotel restaurant had great food, though pricey.

The hotel had great facilities, friendly staff, and was conveniently located right by a subway station. I loved the coffee from the on-site bakery and enjoyed cocktails in the lounge. The view from my room was amazing and the room was super clean.

Location is convenient, with a subway station nearby and a few cute restaurants onsite. The coffee at the downstairs restaurant is good. The view from some of the rooms is enjoyable.
A staff member gave incorrect information about payment at check-in. Some rooms lacked essential appliances such as a kettle or control over the room temperature.
