The friendly and helpful staff added to the enjoyable experience. The on-site amenities like the buzzing lobby bar and restaurant with a decent menu were convenient for relaxing after a busy day exploring nearby attractions, such as the New York Transit Museum and The Invisible Dog Art Center.

The hotel had easy access to Manhattan and Brooklyn, a delicious restaurant and a cool bar. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the lounge was a great place to relax. However, the loud conversations from neighboring rooms and lack of coffee/tea facilities were a downside.

Loved the cool vibe of the hotel. The garden area was a nice spot to unwind with a drink. Air con was a bit loud in our room, but didn't ruin our stay. Friendly staff, comfy beds, and great location! Can't wait to come back for those happy hour deals at the bar! 🍸

My room at Ace Hotel Brooklyn had no soap at the sink, only in the shower. The staff were extremely helpful - retrieved my forgotten phone within minutes! Despite minor bathroom amenities, the stylish decor and friendly service exceeded expectations. Would happily stay here again.

Omg, the beds in the rooms were like sleeping on clouds ☁️! super comfy! staff were so sweet and helpful. Only downside was the damp carpet. But still, would recommend it 😊.

They even went out of their way to give us a corner room with great facilities. the location of the hotel was also perfect - it had easy access to both Manhattan and Brooklyn neighborhoods, making it convenient to explore the city. the restaurant at the hotel served delicious meals for breakfast and dinner, and the bar had a cool vibe.

The view from my room was spectacular with a clear sight of the harbor. The location is perfect and near the subway station, making it easy to get to Manhattan. The bagel restaurant and hotel restaurant had great food, though pricey. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel had great facilities, friendly staff, and was conveniently located right by a subway station. I loved the coffee from the on-site bakery and enjoyed cocktails in the lounge. The view from my room was breathtaking and the room was spotless.
